The quality of your life is the quality of your connections.

Understanding your patterns. Building authentic bonds. Starting with you.

Connection with others starts inside. How you relate to yourself affects how you communicate, set limits, handle conflict, and accept care. When self-judgment, shame, or avoidance take over, you’re more likely to repeat patterns that leave you feeling unseen or drained.

Together, we’ll build clarity, resilience, and the self-awareness to show up fully for yourself and others. If you’re ready to explore the roots of your relationship patterns and build a more sustaining relationship with yourself, I’ll support you through practical, evidence-based tools and approaches tailored to your situation.

Starting the counseling process for the first time or with a new counselor can be intimidating, but if you are here, you’re probably ready for a change and already one step closer to reach your wellness goals. I feel truly honored when I’m given the opportunity to carry some of the weight off your shoulders. Let’s talk to see how I can help you feel calm, cozy and truly enjoy your life.

Virtual Counseling Services

Individual Counseling for Adults

Individual counseling can help you cope with painful experiences, build and practice practical skills to manage stress, strengthen and improve your relationships, and enhance your overall quality of life.

Individual Counseling for Teens

Individual counseling with teens is similar to adult therapy but sometimes includes caregivers. I work to earn both your teen’s and caregivers’ trust, protect what they share, and offer support.

Relationship Counseling

Relationship counseling improves communication, prevents small issues from growing, aids future planning, deepens emotional and physical intimacy, and helps decide whether to stay together or separate.

Transparent Pricing

I value openness about pricing. I am not paneled with insurance, but can provide a superbill for reimbursement. Adjusted rates may be available for those experiencing financial hardship or lacking sufficient insurance.

Session Rates

30-minute Consult/Check-In - $65

50-minute Counseling Session - $130

80-minute Counseling Session - $195

Online Payments and AutoPay are powered by Stripe through the Sessions Health Client Portal

Adjusted Rates

Please feel free to contact me if you would like to discuss rates for services. I value affordable mental health services and am open to negotiation.

I also work with Open Path Psychotherapy Collective to offer low-cost therapy. Open Path is a nonprofit that helps uninsured or underinsured people with household incomes under $100,000 get affordable care. Open Path clients can pay $40–$70 for individual therapy or $40–$80 for relationship therapy.

You can learn more on Open Path’s website.

Insurance Reimbursement

I’m out-of-network with insurers but can give a superbill so you can request reimbursement.

You can also use Mentaya, which helps submit out-of-network claims and often gets up to 80% reimbursed. They guarantee claims are filed correctly or will refund their fee. Mentaya charges 5% per claim (under $10 with my rates) and handles paperwork, denials, and calls to insurance.

This is helpful if you have out-of-network benefits, find superbills confusing, haven’t gotten reimbursements, or want to avoid paperwork.

No Surprises Act

You can get a “Good Faith Estimate” that shows how much your medical care should cost.

If you don’t use insurance, your health care provider must give you a written estimate of the total expected cost for non-emergency care, including tests, medicines, equipment, and hospital fees. Ask for the estimate at least 1 business day before your appointment, or request it any time before you schedule care.

If your final bill is $400 or more above the estimate, you can dispute it. Keep a copy or photo of your estimate.
